Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit of the total appointment value is required to confirm all online bookings, including Saturdays.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total appointment value will be charged, in accordance with the payment policy accepted when confirming your booking.
